i stayed at istay hotel for 6 nights and had a fantastic experience. the indoor pool was peaceful, and i really appreciated the free laundry facilities. the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were amazing—always friendly and helpful. the hotel's location is convenient, too, being close to the consulate.

the only mild inconvenience was that the ice machine on the third floor was broken, but it wasn't a big deal to go down to the lobby instead.

Kinda Disappointed

I just spent 3 nights here, and honestly, it was a letdown. The front desk staff were nice, but my room was not clean—found a cockroach hiding under the desk! And the noise was a nightmare every morning! They had a decent snack bar tho. Wish I could say I’d come back, but I’ll think twice.

My last stay in ciudad juarez was decent, but this time at the hotel was really great. The room was spacious and impeccably clean The staff were friendly and attentive.

It was just an optimal selection for a short visit in Ciudad Juarez with outstanding value. The price was very reasonable, only 50 dollars a night for two rooms. Make sure you ask about the room card slot for lights and appliances.
